Our grounds feature three zones that support the play styles of any pup: Relax for lower energy or smaller pups,  Play for higher energy pups, and Bond for special events, workshops, and training sessions

FEAR FREE

Integrated throughout

We require Fear Free certification for on-site employees in all service departments. Park and  daycare handlers  receive additional training to facilitate safe and fun pup play.  Trainers lend personal support to members in  our vet, park, groom, daycare, and vet services.

SPECIAL ACCESS

Members Only

Members receive access to weekly members-only events, our members-only training club, and early access to register for community events at the parks and indoor spaces.

BEHAVIOR EVALUATION

All pups must have proof of vaccinations to be eligible for our formal assessment. During the evaluation, our trained staff will initiate various tests with your pup to determine their comfort level with humans, their ability to be safely handled, and their sociability with other pups. After the evaluation, your dog will begin a supervised trial period as they interact with other park members. Participants will receive a behavior and play assessment with our findings and recommendations.

TRAINED HANDLERS

At &Pup, our experienced handlers navigate the park to facilitate positive, safe, and healthy interactions for our canine members. Each handler receives rigorous training to ensure that inappropriate play is interrupted and redirected through safe and positive methods. We actively teach our pups how to play appropriately and interact with others, not merely manage issues that arise.

CLEAN, SAFE TURF

At &Pup we prioritize a sanitary environment. Our parks include pet-safe, paw-friendly, antimicrobial turf that is monitored to prevent harmful heat exposure and unpleasant smells. The park is spot cleaned throughout the day and deep-cleaned daily with veterinary disinfectant and deodorizers specifically designed for pets.
